District Conference !!!

Hey Interactors,

To those who are attending, I am here to notify and update you on District Conference.

First of all, you are required to bring formal wear because formal night will be held. Please follow the dress code strictly and do not break them. Furthermore, dress appropriately.

Next thing is, to those of you who are in need of transport, please meet at SMK (P) Assunta’s bus stop by 10 am. Please be there on time, and have your breakfast first.Also, bring rm 17 for the transport.

As stated in the form, you are also required to bring these things :

=> Club T-Shirt

=>Club Uniform

=>Court Shoes

=>PROPER clothing. (no short shorts, revealing shirts or whatever)

=>Pillow

=>Blanket

=>Toiletries

=>Slippers (for the toilet)

=> and etc.

Any valuable’s that you bring are at your own risk. No one is to be blamed for anything.

Updates !!!

Hey my fellow Interactors,

Sorry for the lack of updates, well now im going to update you all on what’s to come and dont forget to participate.

Our Community Service Director is having a project at an orphanage to teach the children how to read. We all know how important it is to read nowadays, so they desperately need your help. The project is held every Tuesday and Thursday until the end of holidays.This project has started.

Venue : Precious Home ( No, 11 Lorong 3/15A, 46000 Petaling Jaya. It is located behind the MBPJ Library)

Date: Every Tuesday and Thursday.

Time : 3.00pm – 5.00pm.

Dresscode : Please dress appropriately.

Now for the next event, ICC is having their annual ICC Games. It is held to strengthen our bonds and stuff. So please make yourself free and participate because you will be able to make new friends and strengthen your bonds between other members.

Venue : Cosmic Bowl, Mid Valley.

Date : 7th December 2009.

Time : 11.00am.

Price : Not Confirmed but to be paid on the day itself.

Categories : – Open (Individual), Inter-School (A team of four), Best of Interactors will battle out with the Rotarians.

Rules:
1. Standard bowling score system apply.
2. Each bowler may compete in all three categories if desired, provided you pay the entry fees for every category involved in.
3. Be punctual and stay for the whole tournament, as far as you win. The rounds would be played following the order of categories as stated above.

Community Service Project Postponed !!!

To all my fellow interactors, Sorry to inform you that the community service project has been postponed due to the increase in the number of cases on H1N1. We care about your health, so please do understand. Precautions have to be taken because there have been a number of deaths. I will inform you all as soon as possible on the new date.

Community Service Project !!!

To all my fellow interactors, a community service project will be held during the august holidays. Do make yourself free during this time.

Time: 9.00am-12.00pm [Please be at the school basketball court at 8.30am.The bus will leave at 9am sharp. Anyone late will be left behind]

For our recently installed interactors, do try to come as this will be the first community service project that you will be attending. It will give you a good view of what we interactors do in interact. It is a good experience, as i have experienced it during my time when i was form 2. So do come and help put a smile on these children’s faces.

Installation of the Interact Club of ICSASPJ.

The theme of the Interact club of SMKSASPJ’s Installation this year is “EUPHORIA” which also means medically recognized as an emotional and mental state defined as a sense of great elation and well-being. Technically, euphoria is an affect,[1] but the term is often colloquially used to define emotion as an intense, transcendent happiness combined with an overwhelming sense of well-being.

The Incoming Board of 09/10 plans to bring the club up the next level while having a whole lot of happiness at the same time .
